The world will be changing from all this but seems a city thats a medical hub with all its Universities and innovation seems to stand a chance rhoughts on rental and sales market ?

here in col springs, so far so good. never had eviction, dont want to start. many tenants in medical related jobs.

As bad as the economic news has been concerning unemployment, travel industry, food and services, today I am a little confused.

I find travelling to the area and just driving around, scoping out the neighborhoods. 

Having a degree in the medical field would most likely guarantee me a higher starting wage as compared to my commerce degree option, therefore I would have more income to source into my own real estate ventures earlier on - just without the extensive real estate knowledge.

Growth in medical and tech sectors translates into more and better jobs.It is well documented that people are fleeing cities (NYC, Philly) for a less stressed, less crowded, and less expensive COL for towns like Scranton and the surrounding small bergs.

I traveled to Memphis recently for a tour with a turnkey operation and we are on a waiting list with Mid South Home Buyers there.

Oak Cliff, the Medical District, M streets etc.
