But when you talk about price point for the nice apartments compared to splitting a house with 2 buddies it's a huge gap.Example: 4 bedroom apartment you'll pay $750 per person at IQ on Bruce B Downs. 2 or 3 of those guys could get together and get a house for less than $500 a person and have a nice spot with the entire house, yard, driveway.... instead of a tiny apt.
