Hi everyone, I am relocating to Dallas, I want to get my real estate license and study for the exam online.

I am about to read the free beginner's guide that is offered on here and take notes and study it and am willing to read, study, and learn whatever I need to in order to be successful in this field. 

@Michael Tal Like I mentioned earlier, it's a group with international members where we assist each other in finding deals and obtain funding for them.

Try to determine what it would take to sub-meter, do a local rent study to calibrate the market, look at all the value-add opportunities.

Is this something banks or credit unions or lenders would assist with?

Is there anybody that can assist with something like this?
