Throw in the employer sanctions law (allows the government to revoke a firms business license if caught knowingly employing illegals), and there are very few jobs for illegals.

I don't know if this is a federal or State law but in NJ they must pay arrears six months prior to their receipt of the title to the unit.

If you don't pay any taxes due by the 4/15 deadline then you get hit with penalties and interest.BTW, I have a brother-in-law who is an IRS auditor, filing late absolutely does reduce your chances of a randomly chosen audit.
