How great would that be if you did have to evict, you open an app, push a few buttons and then not having to worry about the process.Also just found out that if you want to be a process server or other position with then, you have to pay a fee of $35/month to be listed in their app.

A few things I would add to your list... (1) It can be best to take the stress out of the purchase of your replacement property search by finding it in advance if possible. (2) If the debt in your replacement property is higher than the relinquished one, you may have cash to spare.
