@Michael San Roman Without needing to speak with Realtors, look at the latest stats in the area on price of homes and what is happening in some of the NE Florida areas.

My copy would be a lot different speaking to another company compared to speaking to a regular consumer who looking for a service.

instead of an airport just scour the existing airports and find ones you can build hangers Hanger rentals in a area were there is a need. is FAR better than any SFR rental.you get paid and there is no maintenance to speak of.

So basically being all in at %70-75 (Acquisition + Rehab) costs and I'm having a hard time finding agents that will want to work with you.Essentially, I worked hard sending dozen's of emails to top rated agents (because I'm buying out of state), researched by stats, sales etc. in several markets recently and most of them when I go to put in my offers according to the formula's above, It often seems that the agents are not working with you or for you sorta speak.
