@John FaradyI have an associates degree in Electric Utility Substation and Relay Technician which allows me to work for a utility or be a contractor servicing industrial computers that monitor and control the power grid in addition to many other things like testing transformers, circuit breakers, capacitor banks, etc.

How often does this happen and what solutions have you tried?

I figured i would share some solutions I'm thinking of and see if anyone has thoughts on those as well.1.

I like option 3 because you have many more tax advantages when owning your own property and is a longer term solution to building your wealth.

The state forums seem to have more local people and I think there might be some good peeps that monitor those that can guide you on some of the lenders they use. 

That plus 20% down plus closing costs, it adds up rents may be $1200, which barely breaks on just the loan.Possible solutions just move farther out of my metro area?

I love the challenge of figuring out the sellers' motivations, fears, and working with them to figure out a solution that worked for both of us.

There may be another solution though if you're creative / resourceful, to do that rather than jacking.I'd be inclined to drill holes on each block and pump in your concrete that way. 

So I agree with @Adam Batcheller "Slaying" maybe the solution!!!
