The Marshall then calls the landlord with a date and time they will be out there to have your crew to throw tenants stuff out.If I do not have and all others then the Marshall here will only take out those listed on the court filing that were put on from the lease agreement.Your state might be different than mine.

Additional family members have moved down there since.Currently working on closing my first rental down there with a closing date in late August, so I will have plenty of questions to follow.I like the idea of buy and hold but I do have some interest in flipping properties thought I am not sure I am ready to look down that road yet.Again, thank you everyone for my welcome (from exit 16W)

Unless a seller is looking for long term income on the note, most aren't as concerned with interest rate as much as with down payment and payoff date.

That's pretty funny actually, to date the only property that I have ever purchased and lost money on is.......The one I didn't first bought to live in and not as an investment.
