Who knew COVID was going to shut down the world?

Digital nomads are similar but really want a dedicated office space for anyone doing WFH so they can shut the door for conference calls and focus time.

Can I legally shut off their water until it is paid? 

If the governmenet shuts down then FHA will not insure the loan but FHA doesn't fund the loan- The bank does they just wont be able to request FHA insurance and will have to wait until the government opens back up to get the loans insured.

But, by and large, the courts are shut down, too.
