We have an executed contract and waiting to hear from the bank....the people leaving at the whose had been evicted ( by the bank) last week.I was able to see better the property after the eviction happened, and I found two issues:- All appliances were taken ( Washer, Dryer, Stove and Fridge)- By talking to the neighbors I found out the property has a septic tank and is not connected to the city sewer , this was not disclosed on the original listing of the property.The question is ??

I purchased a sf house in MA that the title v passed a year ago.The owner at the time has passed away, and the out of state daughter sold me the house.I talked to the tenant today, and they told me the septic has backed up 4 times in 3 years and that the tank is crumbling and needs to be replaced.

I did find the founder of the company on LinkedIn and chatted with him but he might not reply in the future.2-nd I don’t know if this debt is reported as a credit card usage, then the credit score should tank if the card is used more then 70%any thoughts or facts on my second factor?
