Only in search of prime office space near Union Station DC, what would qualify me with local leasing agents to lease?

I've found that's the best way to keep the lookey-loos away and the rent payments late.As they drive off, rub your belly-button all deliverance-like.

I am currently in search of any commercial realtors in the San Fran & surrounding markets.

Short of getting my own real estate license, I'm wondering if there are any paid subscription websites or anything like this that are worth paying so I can search on my own time.Thank you all for any insight! 

I haven't been able to find one in searching on google.

I've searched through my entire pre-licensing course and I couldn't find anything.In Florida, is it illegal for a licensed real estate agent to receive a referral fee from an unlicensed buyer or seller for bringing them together?
