It's as if you are the trustee, or the parent of this separate entity and it cannot act without you.Don't get carried away with that standard phrase "and to  do all things allowed by law" if you veer off into other business areas that are not usual and customary for your defined business purpose you can find trouble, it might be legal to do something but it may not be appropriate.
