Numbers and contact information has a way of getting posted incorrectly by mistake.Just like trying to contact the white house using .com instead of .govThese things do have a way of harming ones reputation and Josh wants the reputation of Bigger pockets to remain unscathed.

You can get this list from your title company or through a reputable list broker (your better off getting this list locally through your title company but just check online sources to make sure) You'll pay an average of about 16 cents per name.Tell them you want the "non" owner occupant names only.

You can still work it the way Steph explained, but you won't have to put down a deposit, you can use your contract w/contingencies, and in the worst case scenario, if you have to back out then your reputation isn't ruined amongst real estate professionals.Once, you get good at locating deals for investors and you know what a good deal really is, AND, you have some capital or a way to finance the REO if you can't wholesale it during your option period, then you can start doing REO's.

Hi, I really do hate raining on parades, I know it has gotten me an undiserved reputation (LOL) but I suggest you check first with the state requirements for assisted living homes before you make plans or an offer.I'll bet ten years ago, well maybe fifteen, you could convert a mobile home to assisted living, no more!
