So i'm pretty new to the game and should be removing subjects on my first deal today.

My gut was telling me calling it inventory was strange when it could be redeemed and removed from "inventory" by next year, but I wanted to hear it from another source who deals with finances more than I do.

Have you changed your habits in food supplies available to your guests?

If she turned off utilities, and/or has removed most items in the home, you may be able to call it "abandoned" and put the items in storage.

Or are you someone who smooths and removes?

In NJ there is no sales tax on food or essentials... how do you think they are making out right now?

Selection criteria: renters earn ~3x the amount of the rental, no recent evictions, credit score 600+, no pets, tenants are responsible for snow removal, grass, utilities.  

If you're not changing the structure, @Willy Vasquez morales, there's no reason that you can't remove and replace the deck boards and be done with it.

So, you can't remove bad addresses from your mailing list.If you do small mailers (1,000 - 2,000 pieces) using 1st class postage, it goes out immediately and you get un-deliverables back.
