Your building regs department can give you a list of violations, they may or may not be empty.It's not that folks here can't answer relevant questions about RE, it's the question asked and suggesting that such a list does exist that is in error. :)

that's all it has ever taken me....I'm not going to claim that they're might not be a few thousand in expenses that I didn't account for, although I have no idea where they may come from.... because I have talked to all the relevant government departments and got everything down to the penny, and that includes your precious little "hookup" fee.... and even if there is an extra $3,000, that does not break my bank on the deal.
