Hello,  I'm new to Bigger pockets and would like to know your thoughts on buying homes for Section 8 rental properties. 

I have over 10 properties with a partner.

Find a neighborhood you like, find a house you like, buy it, and hold it.Focus on learning to analyze individual properties.

Section 8 is harder to do as the prices of properties have skyrocketed.

If you had a paid off rental house, and others with mortgages, and you wanted to use the equity in the paid off rental for a cash offer on another property, how would one do that if the DTI ratio doesn't work due to having too much credit utilization with the addition of the new loan.

Strange experience... went to redfin to see what it says about my property... virtually nothing there but then my property typed out with (unit) #2 shows up with all my details.
