I Know it will complicate taxes  because we have to file as an individual and then for the LLC  but there is a fair amount of depreciation and carry forward losses for us to consider, not sure when those will be completely written off

You must reinvest the $520k in “cash” you have left after paying off mortgage and $80k in closing costs or you will owe taxes on cash retained even if you buy more than $920k in property  You can invest in any number of properties but it’s much easier if you list 3 or less replacement properties.

You’d think of all the bought off suits they would propose a bill for Airbnbs liability as an “umbrella” STR license and hosts would have an apportioned amount withheld through individual earnings to operate under that license.
