Once tenants are in place in the first unit we will begin work on 2nd unit and follow the same process for the 3rd unit.  

And you're presumably a few weeks into the process? 

Perform a quick cost analysis on the eviction process to see just how much it will cost you, then offer cash to prevent the time/revenue lost.

All you should be calling your house is a rental, who you rent to is irrelevant to the policy, you could say it's for retirees, but legally it's just a rental and anyone can rent it.You also need to be careful in your tenant selection process trying to weed out the public to provide housing for only students.
