If you pick tools that “play well with others” and connect to each other, you could have a system that you and your team uses that is separate from your accounting system.

@Tyrone Osilesi That's a great idea... but unfortunately, relationships like that played into the last lending crisis. 

(This is not 75%, by the way, it is 74% so I don't know how it would play out)And I would advise my client to pull $1,000 out every week for 8 weeks.

Again- I recognize the benefits of these policies in theory but I'm looking for real life examples of how it actually plays out.

PS: Please if possible don’t run or play inside at night, it’s really noisy when I’m trying to sleep after 11 hr shift.

Are STNL's mostly cashflow plays, or is there an appreciation expectation as well? 

We are currently in uncharted waters, so we have no historical reference as to how this plays out.
