The property as a conventional is graded like a house as a commercial it is graded on income flow and as such all the math and numbers will be different as well as the standards as to what is a predatory loan.

Not all inner city I would venture.Joe who works Detroit and deals with I think a little higher grade than what you describe but knows the score and knows to stay away from what your describing for financial health reasons.Myself the accidental landlord who knew not of what he was doing, back in the day and was forced into dealing with inner city and this tenant demographic

The test was MUCH harder than I expected, and I was not given a grade either, just "Pass", which was pretty unsatisfying, although I'm obviously very happy that I won't have to deal with Pearson VUE anymore.
