A high quality air filter will do better but if they are smokers or have pets the 3 month time frame can need replacement every 4 to 6 weeks instead.What happens is the air filter catches more stuff it then starts restricting the air flow.This also causes the bill to go up.You can use the cheap blue filters but they need monthly replacement.2.When was the last time the duct lines and vents were cleaned??

So we are able to have more strenuous guidelines, no pets, 2 year or longer rental agreements, etc.We have recently started a lease-purchase program and the tenants seem to have more of a homeowner mentality.
