Hello BP Family,Question As a New wholesaler in Los Angeles CaI wanted to know what are some question i should ask potential sellers?

I grew up in Alameda and I would tend to lean there if possible.As someone who is now in Los Angeles, I used house hacking here to fund future properties and now have properties out of state (still house hacking here).

In fact, the only thing I could find was a Fictitious Business Name/DBA registered with the County of Los Angeles which was just filed May 25th of last year:Again, I don't know if they're legit or not as I've never heard of them. 

I am doing a renovation project in Los Angeles, where the current HVAC system needs to be completely overhauled.

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Los Angeles.

I’ve got a question for the real estate developers in Los Angeles!

We've personally had tenants and manage properties for investors these types of tenants here in Los Angeles County if you have other questions or needs.

I am currently only investing in California specifically in Los Angeles since I’m not familiar with anything outside of this area and I’m looking into four Plex and higher in great communities in any state.

There are still good areas to invest in the greater Los Angeles area.
