I've held several different jobs just to make ends meet until this year.

I just want to take care of the people, didn't get into the business to put people out of their homes.

Mostly car collectors, people with large RV's ( read Custom Bus)., or people with boats and jet ski's that need stored in the winter.

Plus there is so much competition from tons of people trying to get into wholesaling, not to mention the big players already getting the lions share.

Am I willing to lose these people as my friends if/when a deal goes south? 

People still travel for business, if you can capture that, you'd have more demand than you know what to do with.

These people make a beautiful product that you can put in your own house that is as cheap as any competitor.If you can't find a dealer let me know and if anyone else has any cabinet questions that is my specialty.Good luck!

And I never ended up actually working with any of the people I met with/talked.The best thing you can do is pick a market and educate yourself like crazy on that particular market.

The highest returns I seem to see on short term investments are investing in other peoples flips.
