They made those changes on their paperwork and it's a done deal.

Any licensed, insured, and bonded contractor is allowed to do the work, but the contractor really needs to be properly educated on the paperwork, timelines, guidelines, payment process, different versions of the 203k, etc., or have verifiable 203k experience.

Its just Baltimore City paperwork nonsense.   

Once trust has been established, then it's all a matter of paperwork and formality regarding putting what you've agreed to on paper. 

Just getting a property sub2 is no guarantee that you're going to make money on it.And then there's the paperwork.

We had gifting done within our family and had a good tax attorney to handle the strategy and paperwork.

But I don't remember them asking for any other paperwork about the LLC, but I've also been doing this over 15 years, so maybe they asked for something at first about the LLC, and I've forgotten over time.And when you're getting a mortgage from a bank for an LLC, the bank will verify thru a certificate of organization and an operating agreement, if the person applying for the loan, has the authority in the LLC to contract/borrower money/transfer real estate in the name of the LLC.

Just for the sake of more tax filing paperwork..Non-arms length transactions are NOT prohibited from my understanding. 

Now I can reinvest this money into other properties.Problem:The banker was slow in doing paperwork and I kept on him (like asking him many times to send an appraiser out, etc...I was polite but straightforward).
