It was very tempting, but we passed on him because during his income verification we notice he went to a local gas station multiple times a day and spent 10-20$ during each visit.  

Town has a good rep, Midtown Direct to Penn Station.

Rates increase dramatically if property is in remote area away from fire hydrant/fire station.

Police Departments even list details online for you to know the nature of calls into the station.

They did an end run around the voting to put in the new fire station where they would only raise taxes to raise 1mil and take the rest out of a fund that they didn't need a vote to pull from.

@Mark VejnarI like life here but I have lived in several states while in the Army and I enjoyed most of the areas I was stationed, I can adapt pretty well.

Doing books for a gas station or something like that is easier.
