While  rents can be on the lower side in some areas, the key is to find properties where you can add enough value through rehab to make the numbers work.

But definitely lots of options in this area, depending on the specifics on what you're looking for. 

If you buy them online in bulk they're really cheap and I think it makes a huge difference.Lastly, DoorDash and other apps like it are incredibly useful.
