@Alan Grobmeier through the good and the not go good we’ve continue to invest in oil wells for passive income.

We discovered at a Home Depot Behre paint training that the Behre (top of the line olive green can) semi gloss enamel goes on oderless with a foam roller and in a few days dries almost as hard as older oil base.  

But wow, some mineral oil to bring out the little highlights, and you've got a killer backsplash for about $1.25/sq ft.

This is to partly offset the increasing cost of property taxes, insurance, heating oil, maintenance costs, etc.

I do not know much about foreign currencies, but 10%+ a month sounds too good to be true, unless the risk factor is very high.I am involved in some oil and gas investments which have yielded above 20% for over 10 years, but that is annual, not monthly.

I've been a construction MGR in oil and gas for 10 years and in the business 21 years.

Kilz oil or any other primer will eventually allow it to bleed back through.
