Like many of you that have done this already, my objective is simply to have checkbook control and be able to move quickly when deals come along. 

My ignorant perspective is the planet/market isn't producing these limited supplies in increasing quantity without a corresponding increase in input of energy and expense.  

If you listen to some of the TOP realtor's '"overcoming objections" on the phone when they call 'expireds' and FSBOs, etc. as well as studying sales techniques (I recall a top MLMer 30ish years ago using the "feel, felt, found" technique, as one e.g.) you'll have far more success in dealing with the NO sayers.

My deadline to object to the assessment is approaching.

Given what we know the Millers did wrong and admitted to, making me the object of one's ire says far more about the poster than me.And I will continue to share real estate topics of interest to me here on the BP forums, always welcoming debate but not personal barbs. 

Your property is likely close to the one they were just at in terms of quality and quantity.

If you drop hard metal objects on porcelain or ceramic it will crack or chip (think cast iron or hammers).

I have answered point by point most of the objections Scott K made. 

But if you feel like whatsapp is a better fit for this, and have solid reasons, I have no objections
