I AM very new to this (less than a month) and I'm in the same situation, just hang in there.

I passed my final test yesterday and now all I have to do is hang with a broker.

I use to even hang a sign under my Masters Degree in my office "the smartest kid in the dumb class" until my Mom pulled it off.I learned how to work around my dyslexia and in many respects it has become an asset.

You'll find that there are a couple of Brokers willing to let you hang your license with them and work with them because they are more interested in real estate investing than be a broker.

If I'm adding it up right, you've got $350 to hang 11 doors.

My big hang up is that I will be responsible for the monthly interest payments until it sells and just opening up a business, I used my cash and business credit cards to get up and running.

This is a Hot market so there isn't necessarily a lot of low hanging fruit but with a little time and effort you should be able to find what your looking for. 

I do appreciate you hanging in there with minimal name calling and crying. 

Find people to hang out with who are "nosy neighbors".  

People hang pictures, etc.
