While kind of interesting, some part of the country trade on a price per square foot basis....while other places do not at all, making it sort of a bad comparison across multiple markets where the metric has no meaning.

You will find multiple threads about complaints investors are having with this company. 

Today, I received  multiple calls from the next door neighbor, and he is insisting on having a say in the tenant selection because he "wants to make sure he gets good neighbors." 

I learned so much from @wes @Wes Emert and now with multiple properties, rehab, rented, Flipped and wholesaled, I do my own walk through inspection and offer on properties as-is, where-is without a formal inspection.  

If you have a hot market and multiple qualified applicants, there is no reason to consider paying an agent.

All depends on multiple factors.

We ended up with multiple offers.
