The HOA just wanted this jerk out and ached their goal but there is no equity in the deal.Right now the HOA is just waiting for the bank to take it back but I want to see if we can rent it out and use the money to recoup the back dues and paint the exterior.

I put insulation inside, then cut a piece of plywood for make a perfect fit at the front, paint it black, screw it at the front, caulk around it.
