@Anthony Phillips hopefully you already got your answer, but "SFH purchase" is Single Family House (SFH) a residential home vs. mobile homes, condos, townhomes, land, etc. 

Buy a decent used mobile home(s) and owner finance those out for a great return.5.

You point is well taken however, this is an unregulated industry with horror stories well documented on this platform. 

As a mobile home park operator, we've had many investors come to us with failed 1031 exchanges to take advantage of the high bonus depreciation that is present.

@Andy Wayne you might want to look into vacation rentals( you'd have to build cabins or other structures on the land), mobile home land rental (I have no idea the official name for this), campsite /RV parking if you decide not to sale. 

I have two options, build some new duplexes or invest in a mobile home park.

Tough market to get into in Mobile due to the changing demographics and the many people trying to get the few houses that are worth getting.  

It will bring up a list of all addresses on Broad, but it is easier to scroll through and find what you want rather than guessing how they entered it exactly.Are you using the Mobile County Revenue Commission's site?

Have yet to find someone totally happy with their Property Mgmnt software but if folks have recommendations, would love to hear them.You might want to search for Mobile Home University as they might have more stats for you.
