The Domain "area" has the only "Der Wienerschnitzel" Hot Dog place in Austin, and a Top Golf.I wouldn't call it second downtown "yet", but it certainly is a destination if you have some "upscale" money to spend.They have a lot of nice mid-scale $$$ restaurants to choose from.
