I intend to house hack for my first deal and slowly build up my portfolio as I keep working as a Project Engineer for a multifamily construction company in Austin.

My goal is to get into investing where I can grow my portfolio just outside of the Kansas City Metro and eventually leave my W-2 job to spend more time with my kids.

The goal is to BRRRR it, as it required a lot of work, then house hack during the time I will be living there.

I have been house hacking a duplex I purchased for 350k for 2 years putting 3.5% down using FHA loan.

The first floor is a commercial space housing a pizza shop that grosses $800k annually.

I've done a couple of deals in GA where I've done some BRRRR homes now they are my rentals, I sold a house I remodeled in Augusta that I had tenants in for 2 years, and I've done some wholesale deals as well.I'm currently under contract on a house in Simpsonville that I plan to flip.
