The OP very clearly expected me to do his work for him, be it out of laziness, ignorance, whatever.So I would say there were more intelligent/respectful ways for the OP to go about his business in the forums that to copy a link and expect the adults in the room to wipe and powder him and give him free, personalized, specialized advice of the nature he was asking for.I cannot possibly overemphasize this, Rodney. 

However not all lender's are created equal and some are lazy. 

Be honest with yourself....... your cousin Eddie may be a great guy and fun at parties and family gatherings and talk a good game...and at the same time be a lazy deadbeat that brings nothing to the table.... be honest.
