For this job, the contractor does not need to enter the building, and there will be no disruption to the utilities, etc.

Upon asking my CPA, I am being told that is the job of the intermediary.

One idea I've come across is to refinance out of my current FHA and try to get another one with 3.5% down, but I'm not sure how plausible it is to get another FHA Loan without an increase in family size or geographical job change.

Also, what source of income did they require, like a business or a job, and in what range did they require it to be for you to secure the loan?
