Rerenting a property is no big deal, but dealing with crazy tenants is a big pain.

It was a real pain, but I got it fixed. 

Clay or sandy, low in organic matter soils are the synonyms of the environments filled with drugs and abuse, poverty, fighting parents, tears and pain. 

On a small property it can be a pain to manage all that minutia.

I used the fha for my first deal and even though the fha funding fee is a bit of a pain, overall I don’t regret it.

The family upstairs has been a pain since day one - they pay, sometimes late but they pay a late fee so I've put up with it.
