Anyone know when the Cares Act stops paying for qualified individuals? 

While in the ceiling all of a sudden completely out of the ordinary the owner, his wife, and three Chinese Buisness that were obviously in charge with a following of a translater, a lawyer, and some other very well dressed individuals.

I think it just depends on the individual landlord.

Im a really successful individual as it is, and I always learn something new when I interact with many of the people involved with BP. 

One of the bigger expenses is going to be transportation as they need to truck each one individually.  

If not, then that’s likely why they told you to use this strategy, because you’d have disregarded LLCs to protect you from liability, AND you’d file taxes only once on that parent entity and it would cover all the individual LLCs.

Would definitely prefer if the individual/company had experience with house hacking as well! 

Now, the bigger players are wanting in on the action and huge asset managers are buying up properties like crazy.

I am doing my best to network in the area but find it hard to connect with individuals who are willing to sit down and take me serious.
