I was urged by a family member to hire said property management company who did a horrible job ( it was a friend of my father in laws company).. they did a horrible job and recently have been fired..

The faucet - well, if having a hose helps her feel more efficient in her kitchen, or maybe she wants to wash her hair in the sink after coloring it, I guess that's not horrible either. 

The way people talk on the this forum, every single property manager in the world is horrible.

Anyone who will let a cable bill go to collection, is a horrible risk. 

I was horrible at multiple choice exams until a professor took me aside and told me that I knew the answers, but was over-thinking the questions, and to just go with my first, gut response. 

No idea why you think the system is perfect.And as for the address thing, again that's another horrible thing where future tenants of a house can pick up remnants of previous tenants' bad credit. 

That was a horrible decision since it isn't worth the paper it is written on to try and hold a tenant but you will be bound to it and the tenant.

It is horrible what happened to them, but it is also horrible what they are doing to you.

Primarily because they do not know all the ways a case can go horribly, horribly wrong.
