Any advice/tips would be great!

I’ve done Zillow, filtered it based on Bathroom/bedroom size, home type, etc.I’ve found a few but in the event where houses for rent don’t show up (due to time of posting ?)

But, naive instagram followers sometimes send hundreds of millions in cumulative investment dollars to these social media personalities, allowing them to buy their beach/mountain homes just with the acquisition fees. 3) Ability to make lopsided bets that can't result in losses for the syndicator (only their LPs): Because of the naivete of their investors and lopsided power dynamic, the syndicator can pursue strategies that give them the ability to make lopsided bets that ensure generational wealth for their family (their LP investors take all the risk). 

Seems to be in the home stretch for city wide approval. 

I do appreciate the tips in evaluating other agents, though.

I recommend you talk to a lender and get real clear on what you can qualify for, what you can do to improve your borrowing position, and make sure you have your finances under control.

The farther you are from home the more time it will take to get your team, manage them, and monitor.

We purchased the home on 4/15/2022 for $350,000, invested $16,000 in renovations, and sold it for $392,000 on 9/30/2022.
