People who got evicted and have it on their record are people who fully neglected their responsibilities.

I have been leaning more Montgomery because of the military base and would like to rent to military with the better up keep and responsibilities they have.

The electric company remounted the entrance cable, but told me I am responsible for repairing the damage to the feeds and meter bases.
