I'm much better at the marketing side of things, so I'm going to keep the best properties (especially ones with owner financing/good terms) and try to use smart marketing to generate good deals I can pass along to the ever growing number of investors in our area.I'm very impressed with this forum.

i never would have thought i would have a knack for numbers when i was growing up but it turned out that was the right thing for me.After doing motorcycle finance for a while they offered me a promotion to sales manager and i decided at that point that i wanted to stay in finance.

I did look into renting some property out to a farmer...or even growing something myself....but when an older man that has been a farmer for years looked at it he said it was too rolling and most things would wash.
