However, at your experience level, you may want to team up with an experienced wholesaler in your area to help you work your leads when you get them so that you handle them properly.

You might look at joining a team to get some transactions under your belt. 

After about 30 books and countless hours building a small team and in the field I currently own two triplexes and have closed a few wholesale deals.
