Hi,I am planning to get my first BRRRR project in a month, but I am having a hard time understanding the finance part of BRRRR. 1.

Also it is very very common for sewer, water, storm etc to be connected in condo or townhome style projects.

We met all non-passive requirements and can provide proof to show that our projected annual materially-active involvement is at least 500 for 2023.We met with our CPA and he brought to our attention that we had a loss of -$107k.

Smart people - if I own 24 buildable lots appraised ~$1.6-1.8 million in total (assessed by town at $1.4M), what do you think is the best way to build out the homes (notionally $300-400K builds/$450-550K sells) and make money: a) putting the least money out of pocket into project, and b) NOT signing on construction loan(s) if possible? 

for example, and others will ignore current actual rents in favor of "projected" rents.

I have not invested with him so I cannot comment on how his projects have panned out.I recommend asking him for some referrals from investors.

However, I've never done any BRRRR in the country, and I'm planning to talk to a few local banks about it to see if they're open.Has any of you guys run a BRRRR project here?

They're planning to relaunch in the future, and I look forward to what they have to offer.Since Landa's inception, there are other companies offering similar business model of investment.
