There's so many reasons to not do them, and virtually no good reasons to do them. 

I would like to meet more people in person but the next couple months will probably have to be virtual.

Just read an article about rents decreasing in college towns/rentals because of a lot of virtual classes = less demand for housing.We've managed undergrad rentals before and will not handle them again.

Since I did not include furniture in the pictures I listed it at $20-30/night less than everyone else.
