It is just impossible, there are too many factors at play to do so.Some people get it right sometimes but not at all.People make money by making sounds investments, based on the fundamental of the investment or opportunitySpeculators try to time the market or think they can.Don't stay on the sideline thinking that because there is a recession around the corner, you will be in a better position to profit from it when it happens.It is very unlikely because you would have never done it before.

Then, of course, there are countless ads on the site, which BP I assume is hopeful we click on, and the keywords that lead to the ads I see all over the web, etc. etc.So while the "gurus" may in fact ask you for money upfront, and some of them may in fact not be all-that-great, there's a profit motive regardless of whose perspective you choose.

But remember that there are a lot of fundamentals to learn underneath the harder stuff and while the big rehabs are the things that will ultimately get you to the bigger profits, you'll never see those profits if you dive in too fast.
