I'm flying out on Monday to meet their team and do a tour. 

I have to fly back out there in about two weeks so I'll see whether it's better or worse after letting the place air out and the BIN seal everything up. 

Wouldn’t fly in mine. 

But my wife is current abroad and I don't think she can fly back just to do the signing.  

I am going to be flying out to Ohio in a few weeks to look at some properties in the city of Akron.

They already had a history of trying to break the lease, multiple times, so in my mind they were trying to use the house going on the market as leverage in an attempt to fly the coop.
