If you want to buy a home and live in it for a few years before renting it out, I will look at low-money down conventional/FHA options; if you cannot qualify conventionally with your DTI, I would look at DSCR loans.

However, I would like to finance a business auto loan in my LLC name in order to help further build up my business credit.

I will receive about 110k after costs and paying off some debt with the loan.

I recently applied for a commercial loan and was approved for a sizable amount.  

I am as green as they get in real estate investments but I truly believe it is the best way to go to create residual income and financial security for my family's future. 

Anybody on the LLC or the operating agreement can qualify For the loan.
