Ideally I'd want the property in my back yard to keep an eye on it but maybe the FL market will pull back and I'll get another shot. 

Would you invest in a stock because the companies headquarters was local and you can drive by and keep an eye on it and make sure the employee's aren't trashing the building?

This kind of tape does not damage the surface and it's color catches the eye of the tenant or passersby.

Hello BP Community -I made the mistake of making too many rental property write-offs on my tax returns (newbie) and am having trouble getting a loan for a  property I have my eye on in Florida ($83K).Does anyone know a Lender that can help me finance this deal (found on roofstock.com)? 

On top of that, a Pharmacy is not something that really lites the fire in my eyes.

I was watching the MLS for this particular property because it caught my eye the drop in price.

I guess he though I would get green eyes and hand the keys.
