He told me to obtain a mechanical permit and building safety inspection for the heater and have a licensed contractor conduct the work per California state law.

So, there is no established incoem stream at this time.In addition, the friend hasn't secured a job in town just yet so there is no income stream there either.

I'd like to establish it but not sure if I need an attorney to do that since we only have three owners.

So I’ve done a few wholesale deals already but last week I passed my Real Estate exam and want to become licensed.

Way back then in Texas you could go straight to getting a broker license if you had enough points and with my degree I could get a broker license if I passed the test and I did and I kept it for about 30 years. 

I worked in Kentucky but was licensed in most states and did the majority of my business everywhere but Kentucky.
